How can I nourish and strengthen myself so that I can continue to work for change in the world?
The Warrior of the Heart dojo is a two day experiential training at Windhorse Farm to learn and deepen personal leadership through the principles and practices of Aikido basics and Bokken, reflecting together with Flow game, and adventures in the forest. This is an opportunity for discovery, mentorship, and building relationship with yourself and others. There are limited spots so register swiftly to confirm your attendance.
In this dojo, we will:
- Bring together the principles and practices of Aikido basics as a stimulus for conversation and reflection, and apply the Flow Game to seed wise action
- Explore ways of engaging and aligning personal passion and purpose with the work we want and need to be doing in the world
- Offer an opportunity to focus on improving our sense of well-being in good company and with informed guidance.

Fundamentally we are all Warriors of the Heart.
Our practice is how we come to realize that truth.
This retreat at Windhorse farm offers an opportunity to actually feel
who we are, how we are, and how the world is.
Gently daring, we work with ourselves to progress on our own unique journey,
along with others flowing along in their own streams.
Together we can bring a fiercely compassionate practice into our world,
for the benefit of all beings.
This place called Windhorse is a natural mirror
reflecting our understanding and realization of who we are and how we can help.
The ancient forest,
the crystalline brooks, and
the soft breath of the land invite you in.
Simply being present is joy.
